1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

6Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Accepted Bets

10.3 Dormant Accounts

12Limitation of Liability

Lucky888's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes lucky888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict liability.
